In December 2025, we were acquired by Betronic B.V., becoming part of the Betronic Group and expanding the range of services we offer our customers. These now include test and product design expertise, as well as access to a wholly owned manufacturing facility in China. This enables us to provide Asian manufacturing capabilities while maintaining European-based communication for customers who wish to take advantage of this.
